Return Process

• Contact us: at ecommerce@truquestnutrition.com or 909-492-4451 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
• Provide details: Provide your order number, reason for return, and preference (refund, exchange, or replacement).
• Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense (unless the return is due to our error, in which case we provide a prepaid label).
• Condition: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and received in resalable condition with original packaging.
