Shipping Rates and Options
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more (subtotal before taxes and discounts) shipped within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate for orders under $50. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Options such as UPS 2-Day or Next-Day may be available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Not eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping is $6.95 for Alaska and Hawaii; additional fees apply for territories like Puerto Rico or Guam.
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or private mail boxes. Orders requiring adult signature (e.g., certain supplements in New York) will incur an additional $14.95 fee.
Order Processing and Delivery
- Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) Monday-Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day, pending payment verification and inventory availability.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We use carriers like UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on the best available rates and service.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
- Out-of-stock items will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund for those items. The rest of your order will ship promptly.
Tracking and Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
- For subscription orders, shipping is always free regardless of order value.
Special Handling for Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products (e.g., probiotics) may require special packaging during hot weather. We monitor conditions and may add ice packs or delay shipment to ensure product integrity, at no extra cost to you.
Changes and Cancellations

- Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
